Hello! I'm Aiko, a solo singer and singer-songwriter specializing in pop, R&B, soul, and jazz.

I've been passionate about music for as long as I can remember, and my greatest joy comes from connecting with songs and sharing that through performance.

My musical journey began at home, deeply rooted in my Filipino heritage where karaoke was a staple at every family gathering. This early love for singing led me to school choirs and eventually to UC Santa Cruz, where I earned a degree in Music, Vocal Performance. During my studies, I was classically trained as a soprano, immersed myself in a cappella groups, and explored the world of opera. My path then evolved through honing my craft in a cover band, performing in various venues and bars across Santa Cruz.

Now, I thrive as a solo artist, dedicated to creating a captivating performance environment through live performances. I love exploring genres like pop, R&B, soul, and jazz, weaving together familiar hits from each genre to craft a vibe that resonates and transports my listeners. My versatile repertoire makes me a perfect fit for a wide range of occasions, including private parties, restaurant ambiance, corporate events, and public festivals.

I'm incredibly excited to expand my reach as an artist. While currently based in the Bay Area, I'll be making the move to Los Angeles soon. Rest assured, I'll still be frequently traveling back for gigs, remaining available for performances across both the Bay Area and Southern California. I'm also actively seeking collaborations with producers and fellow artists to explore new sounds and bring my original music to life in the studio.
